| After choosing an apartment
that suits your needs, please print out
and complete an APPLICATION TO RENT OR
LEASE and submit it to the resident manager
at the building you are interested in
living. Your application must be accompanied
by the following:
- A Security Deposit equal to one month's
rent in the form of a Cashier's Check,
Money Order or Certified Check. A personal
check will not be accepted.
- $35.00 application fee per person.
Certified funds are required, no personal
checks will be accepted.
- Valid photo identification.
Please note that we cannot take an apartment
"off the market" until we receive
the full security deposit and at least
one completed and signed APPLICATION TO
RENT OR LEASE and application fee. Please
call the resident manager for that particular
building if you have any questions.
