Landmark is a full-service realty and property management firm established in 1975 to manage, lease and sell investment properties in the San Fernando Valley. From only one residential building with approximately 35 units in 1975, our portfolio has since expanded to approximately 55 residential buildings and homes throughout the Los Angeles area, with over 2,000 units today. Landmark's portfolio also includes commercial shopping centers as well as various other projects. At the same time our portfolio has expanded, our administrative staff has grown too, from an office of one in 1975 to 11 today.
